This was taken around 7 PM. Things did not look so good 6 hours later at 1:20 AM when the show ended.

We had a great time though.

I went up to Richmond the next day for the show at the National. DSO did 6/28/85 - I'm not a big fan of mid to late 80s, mostly from ignorance as I was deployed most of that time and stopped seeing them in late '79.

First set was nice and tight.

Second set - Drums was good, Space sucked. Morning Dew was quite possibly the best version of any song I've ever heard DSO recreate. I didn't see any tapers at this show either but if a copy shows up in the archive I'll get the links up.

Well, I'm sure that's the same for everyone and part of the whole experience.
